Effective August 30, 2026. Food Truck Spotter is operated by J&J Maintenance, doing business as Food Truck Spotter.
Listings and availability
Schedules and listings can change. LIVE NOW means a truck intentionally activated location sharing; it is not a guarantee of inventory, arrival, or availability.
Memberships and outside services
Current prices and renewal terms must be shown before checkout. Food ordering, directions, maps, and other linked services may be provided by independent third parties under their own terms.
Prohibited use
No fraud, harassment, scraping, malicious code, unsafe content, or attempts to bypass verification and permissions.
Accounts and enforcement
Food Truck Spotter may review, reject, suspend, remove, or expire content and accounts to protect users and platform integrity.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without overriding rights that cannot legally be waived. Questions, privacy requests, and legal notices may be sent to john@foodtruckspotterapp.com.
