Refund Policy
Effective August 30, 2026. This policy applies to paid Food Truck Spotter services.
Duplicate or incorrect charge
Report a duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charge promptly. Food Truck Spotter will review account and processor records and provide any refund required by law or the payment agreement.
Service issue
A request may be reviewed when a paid service was not provided as described. Approval is based on the account record, service period, and applicable law; refunds are not automatic solely because a truck or advertisement received fewer views than expected.
How to request
Questions, privacy requests, and legal notices may be sent to john@foodtruckspotterapp.com. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and reason, but never send a full card number or security code.
Payment security
Payments are handled by the payment processor. Food Truck Spotter does not store full card numbers or security codes.
