Effective August 30, 2026. This policy explains how J&J Maintenance, doing business as Food Truck Spotter handles information for Food Truck Spotter.
Location
Customer location is used for nearby results and is not shown to truck owners. Truck GPS is shared only during an intentional eligible Go Live session and stops being public when that session ends.
Private evidence
Permits, verification documents, private parking information, and support screenshots use private storage and are not public profile content.
Service providers
Hosting, authentication, maps and directions, payment processing, storage, and email delivery may be handled by service providers only as needed to operate and secure the service. Food Truck Spotter does not store full payment-card details.
Retention and choices
Information is retained only as needed for accounts, safety, support, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. Users may request access, correction, or deletion; some records may be retained where law, security, fraud prevention, or transaction records require it.
